Overview

To some, barbarians exemplify the essence of the warrior spirit. More primal than the trained fighter, the barbarian channels pure rage into fearsome combat ability. Barbarian warriors can be found in Senestria, Narcia, and Galath-Môr. In Senestria they, along with rangers, hunt for wild game and patrol the territory of their plains-dwelling tribes, armed with their distinctive twinspears. The icefolk, lacking the population or expertise for formal military training, look to their strongest barbarian warriors to defend their homes against the fearsome beasts that roam the northern glaciers. The roughriders of Narcia are ready for a fight at a moment's notice, sometimes engaging in skirmishes with each other purely for the thrill.

Party Role: The barbarian is a fearsome but undisciplined warrior, willing to launch himself into combat against any odds.

Restrictions: Barbarians must be of non-lawful alignment.
